China’s Hasse Company launched Lipad T10 Tablet PC in June, which uses 10.1-inch flat capacitive touch screen and supports multi-touch. Meawhile, the size of the mold body should be 12 inches or so. Microsoft has implemented integration strategy in the mobile phone market

Xbox is Microsoft’s products which can control software and hardware. Microsoft CEO pointed out, Xbox model’s success prompted the company to seek closer integration of software and hardware, which can more stringent control the key components of the product. Ballmer said the company is working to get more stringent control of the hardware platform to provide users a better experience which can exceed the PC.

Microsoft has implemented integration strategy in the mobile phone market. The company released Windows Phone 7 operating system and OEM also abide by the rules, including how to use the camera to support real-time data updates and the Windows Phone Live Tiles user interface.

Microsoft  Ballmer have not also taken similar strategies in the Tablet PC market in order to strictly control the hardware specifications for Windows 8 Tablet PC .He noted that further enhances Windows Phone to experience such a concept, that is, in software and hardware development adopt a more unified strategy can bring greater benefits. He said, “part of the OEM like ingenuity, we believe that close integration of hardware and software to give users a better experience, but also lead us to consider innovative in different ways.”
